I really like this Roguelike!Especially ASCII.But something will spawn in the area that the player can't walk to.And sometimes my luck is really bad...so that it's even can't escape from the cave.Anyway,It's still a good start!

Thanks for you feedback. I'm currently in the process of reworking the cave generation, so hopefully most of these issues will be fixed soon.

I enjoyed this! The limited field of view makes it more fun. There needs to be feedback though when the player attacks, like, "I dealt X damage to the Ogre". Also, it seems that once you physically come in contact with an enemy that there is no way to break contact, you're pretty much forced to fight them whether you're capable of doing so or not.

Good start to the project!

Thanks! I'm working on the feedback system...

Wher is controls setup? It so hard to understend.

Arrow keys to move the character, space to interact with items. I should make a text file explaining this...

This game has a lot of potential! I think giving enemies a different color would help and maybe you can show the enemy hp.

Also, does picking up more swords/axes help? Which of the two is stronger? Thanks :)

Thanks for the feedback. The axe will buff your strength up to 32 hitpoints, while the sword will buff up to 25. Picking up more won't do anything. If you pick up a sword while holding the axe, it will actually reduce your strength, since you can only hold one weapon in your hand.

The "Strength" counter in the HUD tells how much damage you deal to enemies. What colour would you suggest for the enemies?

Oh, I didn't realized about the strength counter. I might suggest giving a red/maroon color maybe?
